The company evolution

Ebienne S.n.c. was born as a die casting foundry in 1998 from the company’s break-up of a previous business.

Parallel to the die-casting activity, it began to develop design and production of battery terminals and starter cables clips.
The desire to create useful and innovative products led us in the years to design and manufacture the first full insulated angled jaw clamps for booster and starter cables and the innovative quick Easy clicK System Battery terminal.

EASY-CLICK-SYSTEM-EBIENNE

Ebienne was  the first company in Italy to produce hot forged brass battery terminals. Thanks to the equipment and know-how in its possession, Ebienne is able to use this technology even on smaller series than those normally required from this type of process.
EBIENNE’s philosophy has always been producing as much as possible on its own, to have complete control of the quality and production times. We offer a fully certified production line ranging from design to production. Currently, we operate on two factories, headquarters in Capriano Del Colle, with offices, equipment, mechanical machining department and assembly and our affiliate in Montorio Veronese, where the die casting foundry is located.

Research and Development

There are two ways to do research: one is serving the customer to meet his needs, the other one is believing in an idea, designing it and investing with the goal to realise it. Ebienne does both of these things, using the most sophisticated softwares, 3d photoprototyping, CNC (Computer numerical control) and CAM (computer-aided manufacturing), with which we can realize any type of prototype. Before coming into production, each prototype is tested by simulating much harder applications than it will be used to test even wear over time.
